Responsibilities:
• Finance Applications’ Data & User Management | handle all user management (creation/update/deletion) on BFC/Analytics/ICS and other finance applications; perform the recurrent user reviews (user database control/deactivation, licenses usage, etc); finance Data Management across applications | 30% of time
• Functional support & systems’ enhancements | collaborating with the Functional Application support team and IT on related functional matters; defining test cases/scenarios and performing tests for release into production; incident and Request Management | 30% of time
• User Training, Communication & Documentation | prepare and continuously update user guides, FAQs and training materials; perform SSC training on key unused/misused functionalities and on new developments; collaborate with BPOs for the successful adaptation of the trainings to the end-users’ needs; recurrent processes documentation update or creation for those not documented yet | 15% of time
• Support Finance Application Projects | update the consolidation sharepoint accordingly; support of BOLD deployments (advice, training, process implementation and expertise) on topics related to BFC (interface to BFC, Planning in BPC, interco reconciliation in ICR); active participation in Finance Data process consolidations across finance applications and MD activities | 15% of time
• Regular C & R systems’ reporting updates | create new reporting each month; create and generate packs; schedule consolidations; analytics cubes with new periods; ICS system monthly/quarterly session opening; Monthly FX rates uploads & setup | 10% of time

Requirements:
• Professional Education Level or University Degree in Business Administration | Economics | Systems
• Minimum 6 months of experience in functional system administration; 1-2 years of experience in a finance function
• Accounting background | consolidation, controlling, interco reconciliation, etc.
• Experience on BFC customization & administration is a plus
• Experience on BI solution administration or usage is a plus
• Good verbal/written communication skills in English
