Antelope Audio designs, manufactures and markets professional
digital audio equipment. The company has been steadily growing and
at this point we are looking for an experienced Technical Support
Specialist to join our team. Our clients include Warner Brothers,
Universal Studios, Sony Music and stars like Rihanna, Jay-Z, Korn,
Dusty Kid, Wu Tang and Andrea Bocelli.
As part of the technical support team you will work directly with our customers to answer their technical questions and you will be responsible for solving technical support tickets, chat and phone inquiries received by industry professionals based in Europe, USA and Japan.
Your challenges will be:
• Responsible for providing technical support in a timely, consistent and courteous manner to all customers in the process of devices integration of the company products, through phone, live chats, e-mail and remote sessions and on demand within the night shift 00:00 h. - 04:00 h.;
• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving customers’ technical cases by questioning techniques and through the use of remote diagnostics;
• Assisting customers by giving correct resolutions in a clear, concise and courteous manner;
• Supporting Commercial department by providing pre-sales consultations;
• Troubleshooting customer cases;
• Escalating customer cases to the respective line departments and following through to completion;
• Providing after sales support.
