We are searching for new members to an international help desk team in Brno in the Czech Republic. It is a great opportunity to get a job that could fulfill your needs for social contact and success. The key competence for this position is a good communication skill in English.

Отговорности

Your responsibility is to answer the calls of company customers, who are looking for a helping hand to solve their issues connected to the company services and products. The questions are mostly from the technical field in which the employer provides 2 weeks training.

Изисквания и необходими умения

The key ability is English on a good communicative level at least B2. Willingness to work on PC and adopt new technical knowledge. Time flexibility the working hours are between 12 pm and 8 am, always 8 hours long shift.

You need to be EU citizen or have a working permit for the Czech Republic.
