Responsibilities

• Responsible for the organization of administrative support of the office
• Distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls, scheduling of meetings

Requirements and necessary skills

• Good verbal and written skills in English
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of computer literacy (MS office)
