Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling general queries regarding a specific insurance product through incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
Actively listen and retain information to support the customers enquiry
Obtain and accurately input relevant customer information into databases
Manage general administrative duties
Work closely with the other departments to achieve the overall objective of improved customer service

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:

Previous experience on a customer support position
Fluent Italian and English
Strong organisational skills and effective time management
Excellent problem solver with a keen eye for detail
