>> Answer calls and daily mail;
>> Schedule appointments via phone and email and keep all calendars updated.
>> Work in a team with the other receptionist.
Working hours are divided in 2 shifts, covered by the 2 receptionists. There are either between:
>> 08:30 h and 16:30 h
>> 12:30 h and 19:30 h
The office location is in the center of Sofia.
>> Experience on the same or similar role would be an advantage;
>> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
>> Professional attitude and appearance;
>> Solid written and verbal communication skills;
>> Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
