On behalf of our client, an international technology services company with a new office in Sofia, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Technical Support Specialists with Czech OR Slovak languages.


Diagnosing computer trouble by telephone, or remote help customers to solve the hardware and software problems.

Requirements and necessary skills

· Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
· Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage
· Very knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Positive and open-minded attitude

Fluent command of Czech OR Slovak and English
