Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers over chat and email;
Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service at all times;
Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process;
Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements and necessary skills

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent knowledge of Swedish language;
Good knowledge of English;
Excellent computer literacy;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Very good customer orientation;
Previous experience in client services will be considered an advantage.
