Responsibilities

- Active participation in all internal activities related to the engagement of all team members and influencing the attrition in the company
- Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding process in the company
- Implementation and management of Corporate HR strategies, policies and projects
- Support the Payroll department and ensure the administration processes
- Provide information about the social benefits of the company
- Ensure regular meetings with the employees to explore their needs and well-being of the company, as well as give information about personal training needs, career development, CSR programs, etc
- Conduct exit interviews with the leaving team members
- Lead Employer branding process and internal communication
- Monitor and control performance review process – presentation, training, create reports as well as active participation in performance review meetings
- Participates in other internal projects and processes in HR field

Requirements and necessary skills

- Relevant experience in HR field as Business partner or as HR Generalist
- Excellent communication skills
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to understand and relate to people at all levels in the company
- Empathic personality, oriented toward providing advice, support and guidance
- Able to work well autonomously and cope with unclarified information
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet etc.
- A very good level of English
