,As a Gaming Support Agent, you will be acting as first point of
contact for players of one of the largest Video Gaming companies in
the industry, supporting their consoles and other products. Our
Gaming support Center is based in Sofia Bulgaria. Yes this role is
in Sofia, Capital City of Bulgaria.
On this role, you will be also helping customers/gamers to discover, buy, use, and love client’s products that meet and exceeds their needs. You’ll be providing exceptional support through incoming calls, ensuring that all technical requests and queries are handled promptly while developing deep relationships. • Excellent level of German both verbal and written as you are
going to be providing support services via phone and chat;
• Fluent level of English both verbal and written;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; • Active interest in the gaming world and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues in a PC/Mobile/Console environment. Network skills will be considered as an advantage; • Ability to work on flexible shifts including hours till 11pm;
• Friendly personality and be a team player; • Self-motivated and able to work proactively;
• Knowledge of hardware and software specifications;
