Monitor the phone calls of the conversion teams against specific
procedures and regulations.
Prepare regular reports on the team’s quality and share analysis with the managers.
Liaise with the team managers for any quality issues.
Provide feedback to sales agents and to the respective team managers.
Support other Quality Assurance initiatives as required and assigned.
Receive full training regarding specific procedures and regulations.
Communicate with the main QA team, based outside of Sofia.
