Отговорности

We are looking for motivated person to work in office administration in center of Plovdiv. In the HR recruitment sector.


Job-related competences
• Prospection potential clients on the job market
• Answering phone calls
• Treating of candidates, who are responding on our job offers
• Welcoming guests and visitors
• Dealing with correspondence
• Providing overall administrative and logistic support to the team
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Providing general support and assistance to manager, company employees/guests
• Dealing with correspondence and negotiation with external providers and clients
• Preparing, monitoring and analyzing excel tables for different administrative purposes

Изисквания и необходими умения

Personal competences
• Commercial skills
• Pro-activity, readiness to help and support others' work
• Communication skills, interactive, helpful and friendly
• Excellent knowledge and fluency in English
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel – expert level
• Very good organizational skills, able to prioritize under pressure
• Diligent and loyal, quick and effective, responsible, with attention to detail, with a “can-do” attitude
