As Executive Driver reporting to the Property Manager you will be
responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our mini-van
shuttle service provided to our guests. To ensure that we
maintained a high standard at all times as well as to ensure guest
satisfaction whilst complying with Company policies and
Main duties include:
• To safely and responsibly transfer guests to and from the airport to our properties and to various tourist locations in Ibiza whilst they holiday with us.
• To clean, service and maintain the vehicle for it to be presentable at all times.
• To be fully aware of the work schedule and ensure adequate notice is given if any scheduled transfer cannot be carried out.
• To respond to calls and carry out any requests within the 10 minutes standard.
• To transfer colleagues to and from our properties to our accommodation.
• To report immediately to the Property Manager of any lost items.
• To ensure that all lost items in the vehicle are correctly logged in accordance with the standards outlined.
