- You will handle requests and/or provide visa information on behalf of the local Embassy in the country.
- The Pre-diplomatic service is reachable through multi-channels, such as call, chat or e-mail.
- You will be handling direct cases or, if needed, escalating back to the Embassy.
- You will be handling also other projects, that include Inbound and Outbound service in Bulgarian and English languages.
