For one of our clients we are looking for bilingual Turkish, French speaker and German speakers for a position -Customer Support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Be the first point of contact for existing and new customers when they contact the company via e-mail or phone;
· Work closely with other teams for goals and objective alignment;
· Build relationships with customers by sincerely listening and understanding to their needs – and support them with the products that are right for them;
· Delivering an outstanding customer service by successfully responding to questions, showing your passion and dedication along the way.
