Currently, their team is growing and we are looking for a professional who will take the position of a:

Personal Assistant to the CEO

Some of your duties:
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings and sessions, preparing correspondence, and processing other documents electronically and on paper - invoices, reports, contracts, etc.. Besides, you will create dynamic Excel tables for the calculations of various parameters necessary for the company's activity.


- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Experience and deep knowledge of MS Office with a focus on Word and Excel - Ability to create Mail Merge sheets and “live” tables;
- Excellent language knowledge and computer literacy;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Very good level of spoken and written English;
- Good knowledge of the German language is an advantage but not mandatory.
