Would you like to join us?

Your daily routine would include:

Provide first-level technical support for all IT systems and services to internal users
Provide remote desktop support to internal users
Administer user access and rights to internal and external systems and applications
Perform monitoring of systems and business processes, do initial analyses of the triggered alerts and escalate to the relevant support units the identified issues
Lead and coordinate incidents resolution in case of major or critical issues reported
Respond to queries in ticketing systems or via phone/mail or submit such to responsible units
Escalate to the next level of support incidents/requests that cannot be handled by 1st level support unit
Provide feedback to internal and external customers regarding the incidents that have occurred
Participate and support the auditing process of administration of access and rights to internal systems
Create and maintain systems and services documentation
Work on shift as per the shift plan

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Experience in applications support and administration, Microsoft products, remote control
Experience with monitoring and reporting tools
Basic knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change/Deployment/Event management processes
Analytical, self-driven and communicative
Good troubleshooting abilities
Good time management skills – ability to achieve results within the time period specified
Good command of the English language – written and spoken
