Ina Tsvetkova is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

Optimizing and digitalizing supply chain processes in collaboration with a global team of experts across the A1 Telekom Group.
Reviewing and analyzing current procedures in order to recommend and implement improvements together with the Business Process Owner/Lead.
Initiating, supporting and driving new projects, particularly within the SAP and e-procurement environment.
Preparing business requirements for the implementation of new SAP and e-procurement processes, in alignment with the Business Process Owners/Leads of A1 Telekom Group companies.
Coordinating a development team composed of experts from all group companies as well as 3rd-party providers.
Monitoring development progress and reporting updates to stakeholders, in close cooperation with the Business Process Owner/Lead.
Preparing, conducting and facilitating trainings for involved teams and stakeholders.
Providing 2nd-level support for operational business activities.
Ensuring process documentation and compliance, guaranteeing that all procedures are maintained and performed according to the company’s standards.

We’ll know you’re a great fit if you have:
4+ years of experience in the Source-to-Pay process field.
Proven experience in coordinating or contributing to software development and implementation projects, including testing activities.
Strong problem-solving and presentation skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Upper-intermediate to fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is considered an advantage.
Background in finance and financial systems, such as SAP or the e-procurement solution IVALUA, which is a strong plus.
A university degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
Experience collaborating with external consultants and IT service providers, which will be regarded as an additional asset.
