For one of our clients – a technology-driven company developing Business Intelligence and Marketing products in the iGaming industry, operating in a regulated market and focused on delivering innovative data-driven solutions – we are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst (Hybrid) to join their team.
*Execute and support Business Intelligence initiatives across the organization;
*Collaborate with department heads to provide analytical insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product teams;
*Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support monitoring and decision-making;
*Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support strategic and operational decisions;
*Participate in data pipeline and ETL processes, working with tools such as Airflow or similar technologies;
*Conduct data quality checks and implement validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
*Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics;
*Ensure that data analysis aligns with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles;
*Collaborate with technical teams to improve data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes;
*Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support internal stakeholders.
*2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role;
*Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and analysis;
*Experience building interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modeling and visualization best practices;
*Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipeline tools (Airflow experience is considered a strong advantage);
*Experience working with large and complex datasets in both real-time and batch-processing environments;
*Understanding of data quality, validation, and data integrity processes;
*Strong command of English (written and spoken);
*Experience with Python for data analysis would be considered an advantage;
*Previous experience in the iGaming/gambling industry would be considered an advantage.
