How do you deal with stress at work?

The stress at work is a comparatively new topic and it is directly connected to many disorders in employees health lately. It also concerns the communication between people, the effectiveness and the overall results, the motivation, the behavior, the satisfaction and the quality of life. On the other hand a huge increase in the anti-stress industry is being observed the last decade!

But are the anti-stress devices the right answer to the increasing stress at the working place? And what about if people invest in developing soft skills instead? Like career planning, team working, communication and etc?
