TRAINEESHIP PROGRAMS

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2005

Objective of the program

To hire and develop graduated in the last 3 years students who has relevant background. They will have the opportunity to build an outstanding career within CCBHC group.

Content Graduate Development Program 2005 is open for fresh graduates that are interested in the areas of Supply Chain, Production Planning and Logistics, Finance, Human Resources, Public Relations, Information Systems.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to go through an intensive induction program that will involve them in the business of Coca-Cola HBC. Each “Graduate” will have the chance to put his/her knowledge on practice and will work on 2 different projects.

Each Graduate works on 1 project for at least 2 months and finishes with a presentation in front of the Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria Senior Managers. During the program each participant will has a mentor who is guiding the graduate trough the process, sharing knowledge, experience and best practices.

Total Program Duration is eight months. Starting date 1st of July 2005. Graduate Development Program offers an attractive benefits package.

Career Opportunities

During the program Graduate’s performance will be regularly appraised. Most of the Graduates get the opportunity to continue on permanent position within the CCHBC.

Desired Profile

    The best fit candidate has:

  • University Degree (Bachelor or Master);

  • Fluent English (equivalent to Cambridge FCE or better );

  • Good Computer Skills knowledge;

  • Less than 2 years of working experience after graduation.

    Other:

  • Clean driving license;

  • Fulfilled Military Obligations (if male);

  • Mobility – readiness to relocate to any location in Bulgaria where CCHBC production centres and depots are located – Targovishte, Plovdiv, Varna, Pleven, Kostinbrod, Sofia.

INTERNSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Objective

To hire undergraduate students who can develop their professional skills by contributing to department daily activities.

Content of the Program

Internship program is open for Undergraduate students who are willing to realise a short-term summer traineeship in the area of Sales, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Finance, EU expansion, Information Systems.

Selected participants will pass trough an induction program. Each Intern will have the opportunity to put his/her knowledge in practise and to contribute to daily activities of the preferred department. For the period of traineeship each Intern will have a Mentor who will act as Intern’s Direct Manager.

Duration of the Internship is three months.

The Internship program is paid.

Career Opportunities

During the Internship each Intern’s performance will be evaluated. If the performance covers the expected results, the participant will be considered for a future open position in the company.

All Interns documents (as CVs, appraisals, etc) will be kept in our database.

Desired Profile

    The best fit candidate has:

  • At least 3rd course in the University;

  • Good command of English;

  • Good Computer Skills knowledge;

  • Working experience is not required.
