organized with the support of Nestle Bulgaria

“National Career Days” is a forum for students’ internship and career held in the major university centers around the country since 2002. This year the forum will be held for the 11th time in seven university cities: Sofia, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Svishtov, Plovdiv and Burgas.

The forum helps students to choose the right company and position for the start of their career. What is more, prior to and during the forum they have the opportunity to learn how to realize their potential.

This year there will be a seminar program in which real business issues will be solved for first time in Sofia and three more cities: Varna, Svishtov and Plovdiv.

Prior to the forum, specialized workshops are held in the universities around the country for students and young professionals. The participants in the workshops receive advice from the specialists working in JobTiger about how to apply for a job, to write resumes and cover letters, to conduct an interview and to prepare successfully for the forum.

The partnership between the biggest food company and the organizers of “National Career Days” - JobTiger is an element of Nestle’s sustainable and long-term development program for corporate engagement to socially important initiatives.

For Nestle Bulgaria, part of the biggest food company in the world – Nestle, “National Career Days” is a natural continuation of company’s internship and trainee program, developed for more than 10 years. Through it Nestle gives opportunity to non-graduates to gain experience in real working conditions.

The internship program enjoys significant interest among students, because it gives opportunity for smooth start of professional development on position, which does not require working experience. More than 215 trainees have participated in the internship and trainee program during its 15 years of existence. Candidates show big interest to the program proven by numbers as well - around 84% of the trainees remain to work and develop their career in the company.
