Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer reports
• Diary management and scheduling of conference calls
• Distribute meeting minutes
• SAP workflow
• E-mail correspondence management
• Calendar management
• People Care activities
• Monthly P&L analysis
• Document management

If you have/are:

• Excellent English language skills
• Previous administrative experience
• Very good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Great communication and organization skills
• Strive for success and ability to learn
• Ability to prioritize
• Able to join our team immediately
