We are in search of passionate and enthusiastic individual for the position of Banquet Manager at our Breakfast restaurant, who will be responsible for supervising the breakfast to deliver an excellent Guest and Customers’ experience.
The effective supervision of Restaurant staff during breakfast service through work allocation, prioritisation, training and development.
Ensuring the link between Kitchen and Restaurant is seamless.
Assisting the Management team with ensuring the efficient operation of the Restaurant.
Leading the Restaurant team to ensure exceptional customer service is provided, in accordance with hotel’s service standards.
Supervising the breakfast team in the delivery of exceptional service to exceed guest expectations.
Ensure table set up and guest areas are maintained in a clean and tidy manner and in accordance with hotel standards.
Ensure Company policies related to cash handling, stock control and stock ordering are implemented and monitored and appropriate action is taken to resolve any problems arising.
Ensure staff use equipment and materials in the correct manner and that any problems are reported immediately.
Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
Ensure the breakfast team comply with all health, safety, hygiene & licensing policies and procedures.
Work effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
