Bilingual Coordinator with German or Dutch (No Experience
Required)
Main responsibilities:
Managing different requests and providing accurate information
about products and services;
Supporting clients by providing helpful information and answering
questions via chat, email, and phone;
Collaborating closely with colleagues across the entire
international business;
Managing and documenting customer interactions in our client's
CRM system.

Job requirements:
Fluency in Dutch or German language;
Very good command of the English language;
Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus;
