Due to the expansion, we look to hire а Customer Care Specialist with Romanian.
The Customer Care Specialist will be a key member of the CRM team supporting the execution, delivery, and development of the University’s Customer Relationship activity. The role holder will be mainly responsible for the monitoring of the quality, performance and timely delivery of the assignments placed on students. This person will be also supporting the team in improving the overall learning experience and satisfaction of our students.
