Customer Engineer
The primary role of the Customer Engineer is to ensure that the customer IT goals are met by providing Product Support Services solutions and technical support.
Customer engineer performs post sales, technical hardware and software remote and on-site support to customers, can understand the impact of products on the customer's business and deliver effective problem resolution.
As a technical person, the Customer Engineer is responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software and operating systems, aslo is able to ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair customer's IT operation.

Techical university degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Informatics
Clean driving license
Post-graduate technical certification is an advantage
