Customer Support Coordinator with German or French (New
project)
Main responsibilities:
Assisting the clients of the company in German or French via
various channels;
Entering and processing customer's information in the
company's system;
Advising the company's clients into upgrading their contracts
for better conditions.

Job requirements:
Fluent level of German or French (C1);
Very good level of English (B2 Level);
Excellent soft skills, self-confidence, and organizational
skills;
Previous experience in the BPO field as Customer Support, sales or
similar will be considered as an strong advantage.
