They are looking for a Customer Support Representative with Spanish
and English to join their team as it is expanding.
The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries through
phone, email, and chat. They will provide technical support,
troubleshoot, and resolve issues while ensuring customer
satisfaction. They will also interact with other teams to address
customer concerns and document customer interactions.
Main responsibilities:
Communicating with customers through chat, email, and phone;
Keeping up to date with company products and promotions;
Delivering first-class service to the customers in line with
departmental KPIs;
Collaborating closely with colleagues across the entire
international business.
