• Provide customer support via email, chat and when necessary by phone;
• Assist in creating and translating content for marketing purposes in order to develop the company's presence in Sofia;
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Experience and skills:

• Very good level of French, spoken and written;
• Good level of English;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
