Data modeler (functional analyst) in Central Data Directorate –
EDISON unit
Role and Responsibilities:
The main role of the position is to Identifie business rules and
entities in data, design data models for databases and other
systems to improve data integration and facilitate the performant
use of data for the purpose of the system.
We are looking for someone who will:
• Understands business
• Transformation of the business requirements in functional
requirements, taking into account functional and non-functional
requirements (performance, scalability, security and usability)
• Identify data delivery extracts, correct data sources
• Map data from source to EDISON AWS platform
• Align pre-mapping /functional analysis document with Subject
matter experts (SMEs)
• Coordinates the performing of the functional analysis of data
model requirements and draw
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate
systems to parallel overall business strategies
• Create pre-mapping document from source lay-out to target lay-out
(data model)
• Create conceptual, logical and physical data models;
• Design and implement data modeling solutions using relational or
NoSQL databases – for internal and external data;
• Work closely with data engineers, understand and translate
business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions;
Key Requirements:
• University degree in Mats, Computer Science, Informatics,
Finance;nowledge in Oracle PL/SQL Programming;
• Knowledge of banking software T24 is a big advantage;
• Previous experience in the banking sector;
• Good analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details;
• Team player with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
multiple tasks;
• Excellent command of English;
• Advanced computer skills - Excel, Power Point, etc;
• Proactivity for better implementation of the tasks;
