We are looking for a talented professional with a passion for
investor protection and regulatory compliance to join our Consumer,
Investor and Insurance Policy Holder Department within Compliance
Directorate.
MAIN CHALLENGES:
· Performs verification of the concluded contracts, the accepted
orders, as well as the confirmations submitted by and to clients,
in accordance with the internal rules of the bank as an investment
intermediary;
· Participate in the continuous monitoring and control of the
investment services and activities offered by the Bank, ensuring
compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements;
· Supervise the application of the Bank's internal rules
regarding personal transactions, market abuse and conflicts of
interest;
· Carry out checks on the register of personal transactions;
· Perform monitoring and periodic review of the product management
process to identify risk of non-compliance with applicable
legislation.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
А bachelor's/master's degree in finance, economics,
statistics, mathematics or a similar field;
Аbility to work with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Accuracy and attention to detail and ability to work
independently;
Good communication skills;
Very good command of English;
Experience in a financial institution will be considered an
advantage.
