We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our Finance team in the Planning, performance management and controlling area.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Group
· Ensures that the reports are in line with the IFRS regulatory framework and the Group requirements
· Verifies the correctness of the data
· Collaborates with KBC Group in connection with the monthly reporting
· Collaborates with external auditors in relation with the quarterly and annual audit of the Group financial statements
· Supports the subsidiaries on Finance matters and responsibilities for the monthly consolidation process
· Participate in the preparation of the IFRS annual report
· Develops internal policies and procedures
· Participates in Group/Local projects related to the financial reporting
· Prepares specifications for automation of regular reports
· Proactively seeks to identify and improve current procedures
· Follow-up on Group and IFRS requirements and ensure their application in the reporting

REQUIREMENTS:
What hard skills we expect from you:
· University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or other economics degree
· Banking/audit experience in the area of Financial Reporting/Financial audit would be considered an advantage
· Knowledge on IFRS and accounting framework is considered an advantage
· Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Use of MS Access/SQL would be considered an advantage.
· Excellent English, both written and spoken
