Our client is a dynamic and innovative global technology company
specializing in providing SaaS solutions for online sports
platforms. We are currently in search of an experienced and
responsible professional to fill the role of Head of Affiliate
Management.
As the Head of Affiliate Management, you will be responsible for
developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy to drive
revenue growth and expand our affiliate network. You will work
closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for
partnership and collaboration, and you will lead a team of
affiliate managers to optimize performance and ensure the success
of our affiliate program.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to meet
revenue targets and strategic objectives effectively;
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our
network and reach diverse audiences;
• Cultivate strong relationships with current affiliate partners
to enhance performance and ensure long-term engagement;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing,
sales, and product development to align affiliate efforts with
overarching business objectives;
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the impact of affiliate
campaigns and refine strategies for optimal results;
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of affiliate
managers, fostering their professional development and driving
performance excellence;
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices in
affiliate marketing to capitalize on new opportunities and maintain
a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing, with a
minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles,
strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners
and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, metrics
interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with demonstrated
experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue
growth and achieving business objectives.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
