HR Manager
Our Client, a multinational company working in the field of industry and manufacturing with significant presence within Europe is currently looking for a professional to join the Human Resources functional team for its newly established operations in Bulgaria:

Main Purpose of The Job:
To provide generalist support to line managers and function heads within the business units

Key Performance Areas

To support the Senior Manager, HR in the development and implementation of HR strategy and corporate initiatives.
Recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent staff
Implement and contribute to compensation and benefit programmes
Provision of timely relevant and accurate advice on employee management issues to managers
Coordination of training and development
Assist with expat issues
Establish good working relationships with the Unions / Work Counsel
Build effective relationships / networks within the local community
Manager the HR budget

Decision Making/Accountabilities

The individual will be responsible for the outcomes of agreed key performance indicators with General Manager
Support and advice will be available from the Senior Manager of HR Europe

Position Specification:

Graduate calibre.
Minimum 4-5 years experience in an HR related job.
Had exposure to a sophisticated management culture.
Experience or behavioural skills of a consultant.
Working knowledge of best practice training and development approaches.
Must have strength in some relevant areas eg. Performance management, training design, evaluation, facilitation skills, coaching, training needs analysis ie. Must be able to make an instant impact in a key area.
Achievement orientation, resilience
Would suit individual keen to develop a broader array of competencies in a diverse HR role
High order influencing skills to sell solutions
Administratively self-sufficient eg. Computer literate: word processing, spreadsheets and presentation packages.

Expertise & Experience

The successful candidate must speak at least one Central European language, knowledge and command of Bulgarian is a great advantage, fluent English is a must.
Safety management is an advantage
Knowledge of Bulgarian employment law desired
