for
Inside Sales Manager
Main responsibilities:
Ultimate responsibility for the success of the Inside Sales
team and reaching and exceeding sales quota;
Identify new ways to reaching our target audience of SMEs in
order to generate leads and close sales via phone and email;
Analyse trends and market specifics to identify short, mid and
long-term opportunities for business growth;
Refine and further develop the existing methodology of the
Inside Sales team to enhance scalability and value output for the
myPOS Group;
Develop the Inside Sales team through training, coaching,
guiding and managing by objectives;
Plan and organize call campaigns for the Inside Sales team to
secure the necessary pace of the team’s outbound activity;
Thoroughly review and analyse the activities of the Inside
Sales team in the company’s CRM to identify strengths and
opportunities for improvement;
Track and analyse activities, report results and planned
actions to maximize performance;
Analyse results on an ongoing basis to improve conversion
rates, input and output volumes of the team, striving for peak
performance;
Identify strategic clients which will solidify the company’s
position on the market by industry infiltration;
Identify new product or service offerings to better address the
market needs and submit proposals to the management and the Product
Definition team;
Submit weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.

Job requirements:
Experience in call center management, inside sales, sales
management is essential;
CRM mastery is of paramount importance for the role;
Experience in financial services, FinTech, banking, SaaS will
be considered as a strong advantage;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
statistical analysis;
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written
and verbal;
Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding
targets;
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to
close.
