As a Payroll and Administration Specialist at Ozone, you'll
play a crucial role in managing our administration and payroll
processes with precision and ensuring the seamless experience of
our employees!
Summary of the role:
Your primary responsibility will roll around accurately processing
payroll for our team members. You'll exhibit a strong
commitment to delivering a great service to our employees.
Understanding the unique payroll needs of different departments,
you'll become their go-to expert for payroll-related matters,
offering guidance and support.
If you have a background in payroll administration in a dynamic

is ideal for someone who can effectively balance payroll management
with a hands-on approach. Additionally, we value punctuality,
attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
What You’ll Do:
Preparation and registration of employment contracts, job
descriptions, end of relations orders, and employment records;
Managing and maintaining accurate records of employee leave
balances, including vacation, sick leave, and personal time
off.
Efficiently overseeing the preparation of work schedules for
company staff, based on aggregated time sheets, while effectively
managing various work time management schedules;
Preparation of payments under civil contracts;
Working with specialized software for personnel administration and
payroll calculation "Omex 2000";
Processing various types of absences, accruals, deductions,
benefits, meal vouchers, garnishments, etc.;
Occupational medicine - documentation & communication
supervision;
Staying informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and
other relevant legislation affecting payroll administration, and
ensuring compliance with statutory requirements;
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and
procedures, and ensure adherence to legal requirements and company
guidelines;
Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management
to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
