We are currently looking for several motivated specialists for the position of:

LEVEL 1 IT SUPPORT with English

…who will work on a brand NEW project starting in April! As part of your responsibilities, you will perform 1st level IT support, coordinating and escalating tickets. You will communicate with the company's employees worldwide via email and phone. The project is about a cutting-edge solution in medicine that helps patients live healthier lives.

Experience:

- Excellent knowledge of English language - both written and verbal (at least B2 level);
- Relevant professional experience is not mandatory, but it will be considered a great advantage;
- Familiarity with operating systems, networks, and Microsoft products;
- Experience using MS Office;
- Knowledge of German is a plus;
- Interest in the IT field and willingness to learn;
- Readiness to start the job in a short time.
