We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our Finance
team in the Planning, performance management and controlling
area.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Be the Reporting SPOC on a Country level for the new CSRD towards
KBC Group (as per the requirement of GFIN);
· Be the Finance SPOC and Finance Representative for other
Corporate Sustainability related working groups;
· Keep abreast of EU and local regulatory requirements and keep
informed the remaining Finance team for the changes in
progress;
· Coordinate the Finance reporting flows on Corporate
Sustainability topics related to the Annual financial statements,
Group reporting. Ensure that relevant regulatory requirements are
met;
· Be responsible for the preparation by Finance of the disclosures
on Corporate Sustainability within the Annual financial
statements;
· Coordinate the consistency between EBA Pillar 3, Finrep, STE and
other Corporate Sustainability related reporting on figures under
the responsibility of Finance;
· Prepares procedures/instructions related to Corporate
Sustainability reporting within the Finance Directorate
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will posses:
· University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration
or other relevant.
· At least 4 years of experience in the field of external /
internal audit , reporting, finance, risk management or project
management
· Knowledge of the European Corporate Sustainability regulatory
framework will be considered an advantage
· Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access
)
· Excellent English, both written and spoken
· Strong interpretational skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills. High level of
accuracy and great attention to the details;
· Effective time management and organizational skills;
· Ability to work in a team and management of project
milestones
