We are looking for a diligent Manager at hotel SPA & Wellness Centre to join our hotel staff. SPA & Wellness Manager will manage our Millennium SPA & Wellness Centre, being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the SPA – employees’ performance, procedures and services.
A successful SPA & Wellness Manager should have excellent attention to detail and a strong aptitude for customer service. Top candidates will be able to manage their time wisely, in order to properly prioritize their various duties and ensure all procedures are held up to standards.

Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:
 Building a world-class successful team to ensure guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
 Strive to provide superb, individual and unique 5 star service to our guests and members, through the SPA team
 Supervise daily SPA Centre operations and liaise with department heads to ensure that service standards are upheld
 Ensure the SOPs are implemented and updated as required
 Being active on the floor, conducting tours for guests/members, be available for guests feedback
 Resolve customer’s disputes in a professional manner
 Create and participate in trainings, get together, staff meetings, members’ activities.
 Mentor employees for their professional growth.
 Ready to substitute for a member of the team if needed.
Planning and Development:
 Strategic planning
 Ensure high level of innovation and uniqueness throughout all procedures and services
 Setting monthly goals for the entire SPA Dept.,
 Research and development on Wellness World Trends
 Assist in the development and update of the spa menu
 Keeps close cooperation with the S&M Team to prepare, implement and update business and marketing plans.

Requirements and necessary skills

 Minimum 5 years’ experience in SPA Centre (preferably in hotel), pre-opening experience highly regarded
 Spa/Fitness qualification
 Excellent communication skills in English (any additional languages are an advantage)
 Good organizational and time-management skills.
 Self-motivated, proactive work ethic.
 Strong aptitude for customer service.
