supermarket chain, we are seeking an experienced and responsible
Marketing Expert.
This role is instrumental in actively shaping the company's
communication strategy to foster brand loyalty. As the Marketing
Expert, you will be accountable for overseeing all aspects of
marketing related to the brands, making strategic decisions that
drive future sales. This involves working across various marketing
areas, from strategy development to execution, monitoring, and
summarizing findings.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage all communication materials for the
company.
• Effectively manage budgets associated with brand
activities.
• Oversee multiple projects at various stages of
development.
• Analyze data to identify trends and potential growth
areas.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with multiple teams on
brand strategy.
• Coordinate the marketing team within the company and external
contractors to implement the established plan.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related
field.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven success in creating and implementing impactful
marketing strategies.
• Proficient in both English and Bulgarian languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and a team player.
