Responsibilities

The Master Data Analyst will be responsible to execute on Master Data setup and maintenance. The role requires a skilled analyst who will manage and execute the business data requirements, which requires close partnering with all business functions and the Corporate Global IT organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Identification of data and/or process opportunities via audits and metrics/trending, also responsible for evaluating, re-designing and implementing improvements.
Monitor overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts for all Master Data.
Coordinate Master Data Requests using Workflow Tools to ensure that Data Quality meets established standards and that requests meet Service Level Expectations.
Partner with Master Data Management, and other Cargill functions/ functional leaders as well as Business stakeholders to ensure accurate execution/maintenance of Data as well as data processes & procedures are followed and completed.
Participate in Enterprise/Business projects that have a Master Data workstream. Lead and/or execute against Master Data workplan. Get involved with Regression Testing of Corporate updates to system within scope of Master Data Management.
Execute Master Data setup/configuration in ERP’s or other applications such as Salesforce.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements and necessary skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Excellent English language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Work experience across multiple lines of business and/or within IT function.
Previous Experience in ERP system.
Minimum of 3 years Master Data experience
5+ years of business process experience
Business experience in a Data Analyst role
Experience executing business processes in manufacturing industry
