We are looking for a diligent Night Manager to join our hotel staff. Night Manager takes responsibility for Front Office operations during night shifts at the hotel. He will perform the duties of an Accountant and a Front Desk Agent, by balancing accounts, processing bills, checking guests in and out, and addressing their needs and requests. He has to monitor all services provided by the Front Office department during night shifts.
A successful Night Manager should have excellent attention to detail and a strong aptitude for customer service. Top candidates will be able to manage their time wisely, in order to properly prioritize their various duties.
Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints in professional manner.
Answering the phone and making reservations.
Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.
Following End of Day procedures.
