* Maintaining the knowledge of Community and Safety Policy
guidelines;
* Dealing with tasks related to user safety and enforcing Safe and
Fair Play Policy;
* Responding to users regularly and handling Rrust & Safety
related support tickets;
* Reporting issues and observed market patterns to the supervisors
in Trust & Safety team;
* Working with Trust & Safety supervisors on escalations and
in-game security incidents;
* Teaming-up with superiors in Trust & Safety and ensuring a
high-quality service.
