Our client is an innovative international startup company operating in the online gaming industry. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations/Product Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview: As an integral member of our client's team, the Operations/Product Coordinator will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating communication between operations, creative teams, and software providers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the online gaming industry, with a strong understanding of both casino and sports verticals. Essential skills include experience in operations, proficiency in online gaming CRM systems, and a solid grasp of promotions and bonuses.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and coordinate international projects within the online gaming industry.
• Manage and monitor communication channels between operations, creative teams, and software providers.
• Coordinate operations activities, including customer support and VIP services.
• Ensure promotions and bonuses are aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize online gaming CRM systems efficiently to streamline operations.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and departments simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with platform providers to ensure seamless operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• University degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the online gaming industry.
• Deep knowledge of casino and sports verticals.
• Experience in operations, including customer support and VIP services.
• Familiarity with online gaming CRM systems.
• Strong soft technical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
• Proven experience in coordinating operations teams with platform providers.
