Part-time Technical Support Consultant with Italian
Sutherland Global Services is currently looking for consultant to provide technical support to one of our strategic partners out of our service center in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for software products, services and other subscription services and third party products via telephone, email, and/or chat;
• Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner;
• Update customer information and transaction information as needed into the database;
• Meet and exceed requirements for deliverable output.

Requirements:

• Excellent command (verbal & written) of Italian and English
• Effective communication skills and customer communication “soft skills”
• Understanding of technical troubleshooting for: Web-based applications and server support
• Understanding browsers, differences between various browsers, browser configuration, Flash, Java Script, etc.
• Related understanding of technical troubleshooting, including: Operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows, Mac Operating (Snow Leopard, Leopard)), Personal firewalls, Anti-Virus software, Client-based applications
• Solid conceptual understanding and/or experience with cloud-based applications is preferred
• Advanced user knowledge and experience with the Internet
• Advanced user knowledge and experience with mobile phones, preferably Smart Phones
• Previous technical support experience is an advantage
• Able to follow defined processes
• Self starter, able to prioritize and work under pressure
