professional for the position of Permanent Supervision Coordinator,
based in Varna HO.
Responsibilities: Permanent Supervision in SGEB are all of the measures taken on a
permanent basis to ensure the legitimacy, security and authenticity
of transactions performed at operational level. There are two main
pillars to permanent supervision: day-to-day security and formal
supervision. The Permanent Supervision Coordinator • ensures that all the activities and accounts identified as
sensitive are covered by Permanent Supervision the Permanent
Supervision controls are performed regularly; • makes sure that the approved action plans are followed; • prepares the Permanent Supervision reports to management and
ensures the link with the operational risks management; • manages projects related to Permanent Supervision.

• Masters degree in sphere providing knowledge in banking and/or
financial control and/or process engeneering or management; • Experience on a control, process engeneering or risk management
function is an advantage, even stronger if acquired in a financial
institution; • Engish or French language; • Proactive, well organized.
