UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Portfolio Expert to join our
PMO team
If you have:
Proven work experience as a PMO or Portfolio Expert/Coordinator or
similar role
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics/Finance/Project Management,
or another relevant field.
Very good English skills (documents and presentations are prepared
in English)
Experience with Project Management tools and methodologies
Advanced or proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, JIRA,
Confluence
Proactivity and initiative
Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of statistics
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Bank experience (advantage)
And you would like to:
Be part of a centralized PMO, responsible for the overall
management, control and reporting of all change-the-bank
initiatives (projects, agile trains, small projects) within the
Portfolio.
Be responsible for the control of the portfolio in accordance with
the Group Directives and the internal rules and procedures
concerning project management, Agile WoW, and small projects
process.
Provide clear control over project documentation and control of
mandatory decision-making documents
Act as a Stage-Gating control (pre-validation) before Portfolio
Steering Committee (PfSC).
Prepare Portfolio SteerCo presentation (monthly), incl. reporting
and strategic recommendations.
Follow and create a proposal for prioritization of the initiatives
within the portfolio.
Make review of projects/trains performance and propose actions to
mitigate risks on portfolio level.
Budget oversight: Monitor budgets, forecasts, actual costs and
provide financial analysis to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Participate actively in budgeting process of group and local
projects.
Assist in calculating the financial benefits for projects/trains
and follow benefits realization.
Timeline management: track timelines, identify potential delays,
and implement strategies to keep initiatives on schedule.
Quality control: over the projects and agile trains’ statuses.
Ensures all initiatives adhere to the quality standards and are
aligned with the Bank’s key strategic goals.
Manage and maintain a dynamic portfolio dashboard that provides
real-time information on all initiatives (incl. roadmap
initiatives) - status updates, financial metrics (capital &
operating costs), required resources (BU & IT) and
progress.
Identify dependencies and risks between projects/trains and
evaluate their effective tracking by Project Managers/Scrum
Masters/Product Owners
Automate the processes and activities and be very active and bring
new ideas for further development of Portfolio Management.
Perform other interesting tasks assigned by the Head of Project and
Portfolio Management and Agile Transformation Directorate
