• Ensure the business is prepared for the changes associated with the Procurement technology deployments;
• Support the Enablement team during requirement gathering, solution design, testing , busi-ness readiness, training and other activities of deployment;
• Accountable for communications and change management activities in partnership with the enablement leadership and the Global Change team;
• Identify and manage issues and risks; define and executes mitigating actions; escalate issues and risks to CSSP Leadership as needed;
• Gather and evaluate user feedback; Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues;
• Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding prob-lems or issues;
• Monitors and measures project/program progress to identify variances from the plan and communicate needed corrections to PM/Program Manager;
• Regularly measures and monitors project progress to identify variances from the plan and fa-cilitate needed corrections for low cost and risk projects;
• Assists the program/project manager to achieve project objectives of delivered on time, on budget and business results are realized for projects/programs with high cost and risk;

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field:
• 6+ years functional experience:
• 3+ years’ experience in technology implementation projects:
• Experience creating and executing plans to drive behaviour change:
• Excellent English language;
• Project management/PPM experience
• Strong project management skill/experience required:
• Excellent communication skills , with ability to frame change message and facilitate discus-sion:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with senior leaders and deliver results:
• Experience with ERP systems
• Presence, verbal and written communication skills; dynamic, driven and optimistic
