The Receptionist will be responsible for providing assistance to management and professional staff by securing general technical and administrative support.

The position is part-time and the activities include: handling telephone calls;
taking and leaving messages; meeting and directing visitors; receiving and distributing incoming correspondence; translating documents; supervising special projects.

Изисквания към кандидата
Successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, and good presentation and pleasant manner. The position requires good computer literacy and fluent English language, together with University degree (1st or 2nd course).

The candidates must also be service-oriented, responsible and able to demonstrate strong planning and prioritizing skills.
